RAFT

The RAFT contract is responsible for harvesting, and where possible, swapping of reward tokens to an ARK's underlying asset before redepositing the proceeds to boost yields. The swapping of accrued rewards to underlying ARK assets is accomplished by a permissionless dutch auction. This contract can be called by any actor to kickstart an auction. Once underway, any user can bid on reward tokens. Bids must be denominated in the underlying asset of the Fleet/Ark for which the auction is being run.

It is worth noting that it will be possible to use flashloans to enable participation without requiring upfront capital. This is intended to increase participation in auctions - resulting in a better price for end users.
